Nour Hamada – President and co-founder – Geneva (Switzerland)

Nour is a federal pharmacist, international public health expert and researcher in human rights. During her academic career, she focused on access to cancer care during humanitarian crisis with a particular interest in the case of Syrian refugees in the MENA region. She has participated in several research projects and has worked on assessing public and health policies and mapping stakeholders and cancer patients advocacy groups in 4 MENA countries: Lebanon, Jordan, Turkey and Palestine. She holds a master of advanced studies in humanitarian health and several certificates in the rights of refugees and United Nations human rights mechanisms.  She is currently based in Geneva where she is the head of our organization’s office.

Francesca Gobbo Kirchmayr – Secretary General – Sicily (Italy)

Francesca is a Pediatric Surgeon with 15 years of clinical experience and strong competences in project management and public health. She is expert in global surgery, holds a master in international public health from the Geneva University. She is a researcher in Anthropology and African Studies at the Bologna University.

Faten Chibani – Treasurer – Alberta (Canada)

Faten is a researcher and business consultant. She holds a master’s degree in management & strategy from IHEC Carthage, Tunisia. She has an experience in conducting market researches, critical analysis for business plans and performing strategic and commercial due diligence and risk assessment. She has a certificate in Project Management and she is expert in this field.  Faten is also active in civil society, she believes that every human being has the right for a decent life. She is a former trainer at human rights NGO and active member in JCI . Previously, she was a member in the Tunisian International Model United Nation where she has participated in several events promoting international relations.

Frederic Gaspar – Project manager – Lausanne (Switzerland)

Frederic is a federal pharmacist working in clinical pharmacology at the hospital in different areas of research (optimization of drug treatments). After university studies, he completed a postgraduate formation in pharmacotherapy (clinical pharmacy) and in integrated care (ambulatory medication prescribing consultant) with the aim to improve the quality of drug prescription. He is currently doing a PhD in pharmacometrics (Physiologically based pharmacokinetic modeling ) and also works on developing tools to help detecting adverse effects with preventive procedures to optimise medication safety in the elderly hospitalized population.

Ralph Haddad – Media manager – Beyrouth (Lebanon)

Ralph is a freelance cameraman and photographer. He worked on several IT and web development projects in Lebanon. He has co-directed the organization’s project on access to cancer care for Syrian refugees. He believes that human rights are universal, and he is willing to contribute to rising awareness on human rights violations through storytelling. Ralph is currently based in Beyrouth and is responsible for media and communication at our NGO.
